Monday again. Time to either mope and make yourself feel 10X worse, or take stock in the situation.

Anything the size and scope of Cat-Tales, there are always going to be "circumstances beyond my control" like the networks say when their satellite goes poof in the middle of the Penn State game (A-hem. Nittany Lions 13; Buckeyes 6). The trick is to take that as a gift for the areas.

Due to said circumstances beyond, progress is currently stalled on the TBA that ate Tokyo. Upside, that frees up time the TBA has been quietly bleeding from other things. I can WRITE! The last chapter of Armchair is currently out for beta, and that means it is theoretically possible it could be ready for release at any time. As soon as the new week nonsense is dispensed with, I can get the tease cover ready for the next story and maybe even, gasp, start on the outline!

Due to other said circumstances, Capes and Bats is not going to conclude by Halloween as we originally planned. It's still well underway, and that was really the spirit of our goal. It will have reached quite a climax by All Hallows. Believe me, I've seen what Wanders is working with, and there is just no point rushing something this good for the sake of an arbitrary deadline. You can cut corners if you're pouring concrete for a laundymat in Bottleneck North Dakota, you don't if you're building Falling Water.
